The Fall Edition of the Monaco Growth Forums by Andreea Porcelli drew to a close on Wednesday evening, November 9th, with a Barolo wine tasting at sunset at the famed Fairmont Monte Carlo Hotel. Andreea Porcelli, founder of Monaco Growth Forums, Ltd., and her team were pleased to welcome 11 presenting companies and 150 investors from 25 countries, meeting for this three-day, select forum.
The event kicked off on Monday evening with a Welcome Reception at Salon Mistrau of the Fairmont Hotel where guests enjoyed refreshing Earthwater introduced by CJ Comu, delectable handcrafted Marani Martinis introduced by Margrit Eyraud of the Vault Spirits Company, as well as select wines from Cascina Ballarin of the Barolo region. A cosmopolitan group, the presenting companies hailed from four countries. Keynote speakers were Clark E. Tedford, Ph.D., CEO of LumiThera, Inc. and Pierre Vannineuse, CIO of Bracknor Investments.

Tuesday saw a full day of presentations from Lumithera Inc. CEO, Clark Tedford, Apollo Enterprise Solutions CEO, Joseph Jonowiecki, Biosoil, Inc. CEO Lou Elwell, Silicon Vallley Associates Global Impact Fund CEO Garrett Van Wagoner, and Badu Networks CEO Dennis Vadura. A seated lunch featured Earthwater and Cascina Ballarin wines. The Gala Cocktail Reception and Dinner was a sold out event set in the unpretentious elegance of Monte Carlo’s Maison du Caviar, an exclusive venue in Monaco since 1950. Keynote speakers were Lou Ewell of Biosoil, CJ Comu of Earthwater, and Giorgio Viberti of Cascina Ballarin.
Wednesday saw more presentations from Advint Gaming, the makers of Carmageddon online game, and The Vault Spirits Company, among others. Luncheon guests were entertained by Thomas Teper, of ImmuneBiotherapy, and Vittorio Grimaldi, Fund Manager of CGM Monaco and one of the most high-profile asset managers in the European arena. One-on-one conversations took place throughout the afternoon and concluded with a Piemonte wine tasting hosted by Cascina Ballarin featuring premium Barolo wines and delectable international cheeses.
